Setting: I put mine on about 8... it's all about personal preference. The higher the setting, the harder the pulls become, and the less your stroke rate. If you set it lower, your pulls will be easier and you'll have a higher stroke rate, but you will lessen the length your strokes move you.
So should I just do the sumo high pull again since I don't have a row machine at my gym?
